Terms of Service

Last updated 2 August 2026

These terms cover who may hold an account, what short links may be used for, and the limits of the service.

1. Accounts

Linkora is a closed service. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Tell the administrator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Accounts may be suspended where these terms are broken.

2. Acceptable use of short links

A short link points anywhere its creator chooses, which makes it a useful tool for abuse. The following are prohibited:

  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonating a person or organisation.
  • Distributing malware, or linking to a destination that attempts a drive-by download.
  • Linking to content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where this deployment operates.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages that carry your short links.
  • Cloaking — serving a different destination to reviewers than to ordinary visitors.
  • Automated traffic intended to inflate click counts.

Links that break these rules may be disabled without notice, and the owning account may be suspended.

3. Your content and destinations

You keep ownership of the destinations you link to and the names, tags and notes you add. You are responsible for having the right to link to the destination and for the destination's own content — Linkora does not review or endorse it.

4. Availability and link permanence

The service is provided on an as-is basis. No uptime guarantee is offered unless one has been agreed separately in writing.

Short links resolve for as long as the link exists and its account is active. A link that is paused, archived, expired or deleted stops resolving — deletion also removes its click history and cannot be undone. Redirects use a temporary (302) status precisely so a destination change takes effect for everyone.

5. Analytics

Click analytics are provided as a measurement aid, not as a system of record. Bot traffic is filtered on a best-effort basis and geolocation is approximate, so figures may differ from other analytics tools. How clicks are measured is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Reserved slugs and fair use

Some slugs on linkora.skrill.app are reserved for the application itself and cannot be claimed. Plan limits on the number of active links apply as shown in your workspace. Automated bulk creation of links is not permitted without prior agreement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linkora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in-product notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
